Steam Store description

In House of Hex , you play as Spartacus, a high-ranking member of the Illuminati. You hold the power of program memory mutation over the world, which allows you to create, abolish, and modify the rules that govern it. When the game starts, a pseudorandom world is generated (supports manual seed input, though). You get a functional society that already has skills, holds beliefs, and has some actions that it likes to perform and some that it doesn't. It is powered by PPO and learns in real time. From then on out, you can affect it in any way you like. You could help one group of people ahead instead of another. You could cause a disaster. You could start a religion. You could mutate individual inhabitants' neural networks to affect their state, boosting or crippling them. You could assign Jeff from IT a girlfriend (or three). It's up to you.
