Fix softlock bug around Warty Seadevil fish fight — Babushka's Glitch Dungeon Steam update #34046

It was caused by a weird thing where I was pausing the game when you get "hit", but then due to the fishing rod grabbing you, I never unpaused it...

It was caused by a weird thing where I was pausing the game when you get "hit", but then due to the fishing rod grabbing you, I never unpaused it.... Made some transitions around the main menu a little nicer too.
