- now you can buy and sell materials in the store , to trade 10 units at once hold down the "shift" key and click on the material, hold down the "ctrl" key to sell/buy every kind of materials - now in the town hall in the investment menu, if you want to encrease/decrease investment amount by 10000, you can hold down the "shift" key and click the button - now in the town hall you can see city's degree of prosperity
