vrOS v1.2.2 Patch Notes Highlights Hotfix for two tray bugs: the system-tray "Show Desktop" item now reliably brings the desktop window back, and the tray icon no longer flickers on cursor hover. If "Always start vrOS desktop" was unchecked and the desktop window closed, the only way back used to be wiping AppData — that path now works as intended. Bug Fixes Tray "Show Desktop" now reliably restores the desktop window from every state — minimized to taskbar, hidden to tray, or buried behind other windows. The previous restore path used a bare ShowWindow(SW_SHOW), which on Windows 11 was not enough to un-minimize, raise above other apps, or grab foreground focus, so clicks could look like silent no-ops.
