Steam Cloud saving is now enabled. Vsync is now on by default, and holding 'V' while starting the game will overwrite the settings file to force Vscyn on. This is to combat a bug in the recent Windows 10 Creators Update that causes loss of video in full-screen applications with vsync disabled. Added Fullscreen setting to Graphics Options.
