Fixed issue with workshop paging returning the same page multiple times. Fixed a sorting issue with puzzle sizes in workshop. Fixed workshop title overflowing. Now crops to 18 characters. Added new restriction to editor, to stop fully filled puzzles from being submitted. Fixed a small issue with the per-hint graying out. Removed some bad levels from the workshop.
