Hello everyone! Here's another quick update:Passes and shots now keep skater momentum. This should make post to post passing and shooting more intuitive for skaters.Shot aiming is now more difficult from the neutral zone.Clearing the puck now can be aimed like shooting and can only be used outside your offensive zone.Board goalie (8-Bit Goalie) now added to practice. We also buffed his movement speed and range.Slightest pull-back for mass to top speed effect. Should be a barely noticeable change for slightly differing builds, but the polar ends of the spectrum should feel it the most.More sliding to stop trigger adjustments. Hello everyone! Here's another quick update:Skater acceleration adjustments. Should feel more consistent now no matter what direction you are skating and what speed you are at.Hitting has been adjusted to favor mass over speed when calculating impact strength. This nerfs smaller builds hitting players at high speeds and greatly buffs bigger builds hitting even at lower speeds.Goalie lunges adjusted for more control and speed. Should help defend against faster skaters.Fixed goalie camera settings not applying at random times.Fixed goalie network race conditions regarding hugging post movement. Goalie should no longer get stuck in this movement when the btn is not held down.Added toggle for goalie upwards arms extent. Hello everyone! Here's another quick update:Fixed players not being able to grab the puck when they should.Puck on boards physics adjustments. Fixed puck bouncing off edges of penalty box doors and boards when rolling along boards.Goalie made faster. Also arm animations adjusted to not go too high over the net.Camera bug fixes. Puck cam now respects target clamps. Fixed camera jitter off the face off.Fixed going offsides on yourself bug.Goalie camera Z position offset min decreased in camera settings.Leaderboards now update with a 4v4 match instead of a 3v3.Dive trigger reworked to not be a sequential button combination. Hey everyone! Here's another quick hotfix to the latest patch:More poke checking balances. If you are behind a player and try to poke check and hit a skater body before hitting the stick/puck, your poke checking will cancel and cool down for 3 seconds. Punishment enough to let the player with the puck make some space.Interference calling bug fixes. Now anytime a player interacts with the puck at all (slap shot, kick, puck hitting you), a player can hit you and finish his check.Puck interference radial wave buffer increased by 33%.Minor puck on skater physics adjustments. Here are the list of updates in this patch (Patch 0.1.2):- Fixed skater boards movement. This consequently fixes puck going through boards and out of play, skaters not being able to pick the puck up off boards, the skater super speed boost, and network rubber-banding caused by old boards movement. This fix should bring elegant boards play to Hockey Club!- Smaller skaters speed is now buffed by over 100%. They feel way faster and more balanced as they can get away easier from bigger guys trying to hit them. Basically your skater's build weight effects his top speed more.- L1 button now cancels a pass.- If L1 is pressed and held down when you wrist shoot, you now dump the puck in. The puck will lob in the direction you are facing. This should be great for dump and chase gameplay.- Fixed puck on goalie physics rebound control.
