• Little update to get things rolling again! - 21 April 2020

  After a big unexpected move of houses, followed by the repercussions of Covid-19 we're finally ready to get back into the development of Insect Simulator. We have released a small update to get the ball rolling again, we have also dropped the price of Insect Simulator by 80% as a thank you for staying home! More updates to come in the very near future! (We've almost nailed that pesky wall-walking feature!)

• HUGE Update - Digging and Tunnelling - 4 December 2019

  We have been working on some HUGE updates and improvements, the biggest of which is our new tunnelling and digging system which we have finally managed to implement! Players will now be able to dig extensive tunnels to start nests as both characters! We expect to release this update within the next week or so should all go smoothly. We are also starting development of a multiplayer mode

• Weather Update!! - 3 December 2019

  We are almost finished implementing our brand new weather cycle for Insect Simulator, stay tuned for our next update, expected in the next 12-24 hours! Currently we will be cycling through light rain and sunshine, but will be adding snow and thunderstorms as time goes on!

  We are LIVE! Insect Simulator is now available for purchase on Steam! Our 24 hour launch sale is now active so be sure to check it out! It is important to remember that we have intentionally released Insect Simulator in a very early state (Pre-Alpha) to allow our players to shape the future of the game through your suggestions and feedback. We plan to continue development on Insect Simulator for the foreseeable future, and all aspects of the game are subject to change. We'd like to thank everyone for their support and hope you enjoy being the first to influence the future of Insect Simulator!

• New Spider Character + Other exciting updates - 27 November 2019

  We've been working around the clock to ensure that Insect Simulator is as prepared as possible for release on December 2nd 2019. Among our biggest recent changes is the update to our spider character. With an all new design and brand new animations, our Goliath bird-eating spider is looking more realstic than ever. We have also added a soundtrack, ambience, and worked on a lot of cosmetic changes over the past week or so, we are so excited to release our pre-alpha in just 4 days; and mould the future of Insect Simulator around your suggestions and feedback!
