Hi there! We’re back and super excited to share some fresh news about Slender Threads! It took a while, but voice recordings are officially complete! That’s right—we’re just putting the final touches and adding a few minor tweaks to make everything flow smoothly. The lip sync is also finished, so everything is falling perfectly into place. We’re about to kick off the translations, so Slender Threads will soon be available in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, and Russian (to begin with). But wait, there’s more! Hi there amigos! May is almost gone, and June finds us working at full throttle! We've reached that point where things seem to move slowly, but the workload hasn't diminished an inch. We keep working on the script and smoothing some things that came up in the playtesting, hoping to be able to start the V.O. talent casting soon and then the voice recording. We've also started working on the achievements, hoping you'll have a blast finding them! We are soon moving to the next playtest phase, which involves external testers. So, aside from possible bug fixing, fingers crossed for them to enjoy Slender Threads as much as we do. Hi there! Welcome to the first update of the year! We know it's been a while, but late 2022 was kind of boring news. We were mostly playtesting and polishing some details, which was time consuming. So, back to Slender Threads, Playtesting made us rethink some things here and there. And although we love how the game is going, we wanted to add the cherry on top. So, here is what we've done since our last update: - We have around 20 new scenes, going from the original 70 to 90. - Added some cutscenes to build the atmosphere where needed. - We are working on a new trailer to represent the actual game with its improvements. - We are working on a playable epilogue (Just a little after-game experience to add a new point of view). Hey there! Festival season is here, and we have some news we'd love to share! As the playtesting moves forward, we took some time to participate in the EVA play 2022. EVA is one of South America's most significant game events, and this year was its 20th anniversary. It was an excellent opportunity to showcase Slender Threads and see people playing it live. We took home some fantastic feedback! The cherry top was Slender Threads' nomination for EVA Awards! Talking festivals, another great news is that Slender Threads is one of the nominees for the upcoming Indie Cade 2022 starting on November 4th! Hey there! Let's shake the dust here... We know it's been a long since the last update, but we've used that time wisely. We've reached that point where the news gets more interesting and have decided to keep you more updated on the game status. So, from now on, we'll try to make an update every month until the launch. We are stepping into the final development stage. What does it mean? We have finished: All game scenes. Counting over 70, most of them are scrollable (Still can't believe that if we look back to our beginnings). Painting and animating more than 30 'living' characters. Almost every dialog line.
