  Question: Why is Infinity Wars called “Infinity Wars?” Answer: The name Infinity Wars is fictional terminology being personified as it’s own game genre. Such as how “Final Fantasy” continues with many sequels being created one after another. Infinity Wars strives to create it’s own sequels in a similar fashion that Final Fantasy does, so Infinity Wars is not actually endless warfare, but a specific event like Mortal Kombat where characters are summoned to defend the realm from imposing forces. Final fantasy is not final, they have characters return and continue their story line, Infinity Wars is not an eternal struggle/fight. So the term “Infinity Wars” is a video game genre.
