  Hello, Adventurers! I’m excited to share that over the past few months, I’ve regained my enthusiasm for VR development, and Banished Castle VR has been on my mind once again. Although the original files were corrupted, I still have some older in-game demos that capture the essence of the game. Using these as a foundation, I’m considering diving back into development to bring Banished Castle VR to life with fresh energy. With OpenXR now widely supported, compatibility challenges that plagued the project in the past should be a thing of the past. This means Banished Castle VR could be playable across a range of VR headsets, providing a seamless experience for everyone. • State of project - 14 May 2023

  Hello all, for those who are still following this project, I want to thank you for all your help and patience. I'm sorry to inform you that standards in the gaming industry have changed when it comes to VR, plus the game files have been corrupted. Basically, there is no game at the moment. The main reason I'm back now is to announce that I've been working on other games like Fisherman's House, which is also playable with VR. Right now, I've been leaning more towards the horror genre than the adventure genre, which is where I started. It could be that the game will be released sometime in the future, but that's a long way off. Thank you all! @platuro

• Multiplayer in next Update? - 3 March 2020

  Hello everyone, I really want to release the game now as soon as possible. I already communicate with Steam to change the release. Something I am worried about is Multiplayer. It cost a lot of time I don't have in the Moment (Sadly!). So what are you think? 1. The Game should have already on the first day of release Multiplayer as promised (Require waiting) 2. Release the Game and make the next Update the "Multiplayer Update" For me, it's important that the community decides. Thank you!
