  Hello everyone and happy new year! As you can see there have been almost no updates regarding Mendel's Garden since its release. Even though I had a lot of content planned and some of it even implemented, I have been unable to continue development on this game. It has been a tough couple of years for all of us, and for me specifically it meant giving up on professional indie-game development. At first I thought it'd be a temporary measure but it is increasingly evident that I am going to be unable to get back to being a full-time indie developer in the foreseeable future. Given this I have decided to completely retire Mendel's Garden from the store. Even though I believe that the content available has a lot of value, it is an unfinished game at best, which ideally should be delivering a lot more than it actually does. • Mendels Garden is now available on Early Access! - 24 October 2019

  Hello everyone! We're excited to announce that the first version of Mendel's Garden is now available. Plant and grow your way through this strange garden and explore its story. What this version has A fully explorable garden with its own storyline. Over 20 different varieties of plants to grow, mix and use them to unlock different parts of the garden. Four distinct areas in the garden each with their own twist to the trait mechanic. A little over 2 hours of gameplay. Planned updates We plan on having four different gardens to explore. We're currently working on the second garden and plan to have an initial version of that available next month. We can't wait for you to try the game and tell us what you think.
