(游戏过程中按键盘上的F4键可以切换为全屏模式) 在百花三国志的二次元平行世界中，叱咤风云的三国武将们不再是高大威猛的形象，而是一位位萌萌哒的美少女，陪穿越到这异世界的你一起经历艰苦卓绝的战斗。游戏除了传统的战棋玩法外，也可让主角诸葛云在战斗准备阶段佩戴开局时左慈赠送的特殊道具进入各自为战模式，在该模式下除了主角可以由玩家控制外，其他参战角色均进行自动战斗，从而加速战斗过程。百花三国志具有剧情模式和群雄逐鹿两种模式。其中剧情模式偏RPG战棋玩法，而2019年9月新加入的群雄逐鹿（战略模式）则偏策略玩法。在群雄逐鹿模式中，玩家在大地图上可以选择包括孙刘曹等十几个诸侯开始游戏，每个诸侯有各自的特点和优势，随着不断的攻城掠地玩家的实力会逐渐增长，但不时会受到魔军的袭扰，当攻打下所有约50个城池后就可以和项羽率领的魔军进行大决战！每个势力除了自己的武将外，还可以招募在野的卧龙、凤雏、荀彧、荀攸、潘凤、王越、童渊等贤人和猛将。甚至当玩家名声足够高后，可以去海外仙岛请左慈、于吉等仙人相助！由于是三国的平行世界，很多逸闻趣事也在游戏的剧情模式中得到体现。如张飞是富有计谋，粗中有细的山水画家；太傅王朗其实是个武将，能与太史慈大战几十回合；天下无双的吕奉先原来是丁原的主簿，智勇双全。。。等等。陶谦让徐州给刘备的真相是？孙策为什么甘心投在袁术麾下并为其冲锋陷阵？这一切玩家都可以在游戏过程中发现！故事的转折发生的曹操、刘备、孙策联军打败吕布之后，白门楼之上，幕后的张角让吕布成为了魔君的试图，并召唤潜伏的魔军大肆进攻群雄的城池。当次危难之时，玩家扮演的诸葛云召集了第二次各路群雄联盟大会，曹操、袁绍、马腾、刘焉、刘表、刘备、孙策等一致同意组成同盟联军，由诸葛云带领充当救火队员，救援各地被魔军围攻的城池。玩家可以消耗威名来招募这些群雄麾下的所有武将来组成联军，组成一支强大的由魏蜀吴和其他群雄的精英组成的强大队伍将不再是幻想！当然，由于玩家的威名数有限，而名将消耗的威名数较多，有时招募一些面板属性不错的又带有好的装备或者武学的一般武将也是一种策略。。。例如夏侯恩就带着七星剑法，曹丕、曹植等世子贵族们也往往带着名贵的装备。。。一切由玩家自由进行阵容的搭配！游戏引入了武侠要素，萌娘们各怀奇妙武学。其中武将型角色所专长的外功武学主要包括枪法、剑法、斧法和弓箭技艺，其输出威力由外功属性决定；而相对的谋士型角色如行军参谋等职业则专长内功武学，内功武学的威力主要靠拳法来输出。各种武学均有特色：剑法轻盈，可以双次攻击，但命中率较低；枪法武学则高命中高暴击；斧法武学可以投掷远程攻击，命中率和暴击率也较剑法高；弓箭技艺攻击范围大，属于超远程攻击，且暴击率高，但使用的武将往往防御很低；主要靠内功输出的拳法类武学攻击必定命中，且对敌人额外附加攻击状态。同时，武学之间存在相互克制的关系，规律为剑法克制斧法、斧法克制枪法、枪法和拳法克制剑法。除了基本的武学属性，各萌娘们根据职业的不同，所带的出场被动技能也各不相同。如曹仁自带的铁壁技能在战斗中被触发时可以抵消敌人一半的攻击伤害，郭嘉带的吸星技能可以把攻击伤害转换为自身的体力，曹操自带的先发制人技能在战斗中可以先于敌人的攻击发动反击，诸葛亮自带的七星决技能可以每回合回复体力，荀彧的北斗阵法技能可以增加一定范围内我军的攻击和防御力，等等。。。共有近50种不同的被动技能，玩家可以在战斗的过程中学习并进行搭配组合。同时，角色使用不同的武学和道具装备都会动态获得其各自附加的被动技能。有些攻击力低的武学或装备上附加的技能反而比增加攻击属性高的在战斗中更为有用，此外耐久度的设定也让武将的培养更具策略深度。三国历史中闪烁的将星们除了被动技能之外，还拥有自己独特的主动技能，即武将技，在战斗中释放就可以大幅增强单体或者我方群体的战斗实力，或…
