Thanks for all the great feedback on Discord. I have been working hard to fix the biggest issues with the game while also adding more fun content. This update features numerous QOL improvements from better health visualization to more streamlined progression. I reworked the menu to be more fun and allow the selection of different stages. Additionally, progression is no longer based on score which should make it more connected to actual gameplay. You'll now see fish in the ocean! Additionally, sharks can now spawn with torpedos which give more variety early game. I reworked the boss to make it metallic and stand out more amongst the other (more fleshy) sharks. It also received more sound cues and a highlighted mouth which makes the fight a lot more intuitive. I can't make any promises about the timing of the next update because I'm starting college next week, but keep the feedback coming…
