- Update 0.2.15 (Minor Graphics Update, New Parts, and Bug Fixes) - 11 January 2020
Hope everyone's having a great January, I know I am, and now for the new goodies! Minor Graphics Updates I've added some more graphical improvements to parts and thrusters! Changes to Parts I've added a normal texture to all blocks, allowing for more detail to parts and weapons. In future versions, I will eventually add more selection in textures and possibly a way to use custom textures. Before After Changes to Thrusters I have changed the effect to better suit the shape of the thruster model. On top of that, I have added the ability to change the color on your thrusters to be any RGB value you choose. Debris! Also a small feature that i have added is debris! This effect adds more life to blocks that have been destroyed! New Parts In this update, I have only added two new parts, Sloped Thrusters in light and heavy variants! These new thrusters allow for more sleeker builds and more var…
- December Recap - 5 January 2020
Hello Everyone! Hope everyone had a great Christmas and Holiday break, I know I did! So here is the recap for December Launch So game has finally launched into early access, yaaay! So now what? Well the work continues, that's what. While the launch has been a bit slow, so far it has been pretty good! But as I continue to add more features to the game, I can only hope that more interest grows in my game. What's next? The latest update (0.2.11) has added leaderboards to the game, allowing you to rank your score in the PVE mode. The next update is a pretty big one, it's the Scenario mode! What this mode will allow you to do is to position your ships to your liking, set their teams. and watch the battle unfold! You will be able to save your scenarios and in a later update, even share it on the steam workshop! I will be releasing and showcasing more details on twitter as the mode develops. I…
- Update 0.2.11 (Leaderboards, QOL changes, Bug Fixes) - 25 December 2019
Merry Christmas Everyone!! Here are some goodies to bring forth the Christmas Cheer! New Additions -Added Steam Leaderboards! The leaderboards keeps and ranks your scores that you gain in the PVE mode. You gain points based on the damage that you do to other ships and you lose points when die/respawn. The points lost is based on the max health of your ship to keep that in mind. Quality of Life Changes I've added the ability to change the color to the UI! This addition allows players to set the UI color to their choosing! Bug Fixes I've fixed a few bugs related to turret's. Previously, lasers would often go beserk and just flair around. That was not the intended usage. Now lasers and other weapons focus on their block rather than just jumping around. What's next? The next major thing that will be added is the Scenario mode! This mode will allow you to place ships into various positions a…

- November Recap - 1 December 2019
Hello everyone! Hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving, I know I did! Progress and updates With the early access launch just around the corner, progress is progressing. New Blocks I've added a few more blocks to the game to add more interesting features and designs to ships! Steam Workshop As some of you have already noticed, the steam workshop is live! Granted, while only a few ships are on there, more ships will be added by the community for all to play with! The upload process is very streamlined and easy to use, with it being as easy as to press the upload button! And if you make a mistake with a ship or want to update it, you can easily update the ship too! "Minor" Visual Changes The Before The After As you can see, I've spruced up the visuals quite a bit to make certain components such as the thrusters stand out more with bloom And to wrap up, I really wish to thank everyone wh…
- October Recap - 31 October 2019
Hello everyone! Hope everyone had a spooktactular October! As I add more and more content to my game, it becomes a lot harder to choose what to write about each week, so instead, I will be doing monthly recaps for the month and a small post if I add a major feature or overhaul. So here are the changes for this month. The demo has been released If you haven't heard already, but I have a demo out for my game! Now there are several reasons as to why I chose to release a demo build before the Early Access release. This demo, while only limited to a light sandbox, is meant to be used as a sampler as to what is to come from future progress on my game. Plus as I have limited hardware to test on, this allows me to gain more feedback for changes and optimizations in the full build. General Progress A lot more parts and optimizations have been added, such as more complex parts and general optimiz…

Hello Everyone! Hope everyone is having a great week so far! This week on Friday, I will be launching the sandbox demo for my game in which players can test or play around with a light version of the full release coming in December! It would be greatly appreciated if you share this around with your friends as it will help get my game out there for more players to have fun with. And as always, feedback is appreciated. -Thank You
- Weekly Friday Update #2 (09/27/2019) - 28 September 2019
Hello Builders! This is the very first update as to progress, showcases, and any other general updates! Progress An interesting thing that I've come across is that players love building larger ships. Well this week i have a solution to that, introducing, multi cubes with a size of 2*2*2, or 1*2*1. This allows players to have longer and sleeker ships to build with, such as art ships or combat focused ships, no the less, there are a lot of exciting things to come. Showcase While there is much to discuss about what the game currently has, there is nothing as important as shields. While I am still balancing the shields out, let me talk about how they work. A single shield part does not mean its a separate shield, no. In fact the shields stack in a compound way. The more shields you add, the larger shield capacity and recharge rate becomes, however don't forget the fact that shields consume…
- Weekly Friday Update #1 (09/20/2019) - 20 September 2019
Hello Builders! This is the very first update as to progress, showcases, and any other general updates! Progress Question, how do you make a ship more squishy or sponge more damage? SHIELDS!! This week I have introduced shields to the game with a temporary model. How do they work? Well it's simple, shields work on a generated charge. Players are able to toggle their ships shields, however, the charge is reset to zero each time a player turns off their shields and require to be recharged back to full health. Also if a shield is damaged to zero, the shield will have a 30 second cool down before recharging again. Showcase As I continue to add more weapons and parts to the game, I will often write showcases about new or revamped weapons. This week I will be showcasing the tier 1 missile system. While this name is generic, I do intend to rename weapons to sound more systematic and interestin…
