- Cyberception story updated - Act I - 28 October 2020
Act I is released! Check out the trailer: New stuff While wandering through flood tunnels along with the Main Guy, you will encounter new enemy type - Alumni X - under-performing corporate employees turned into zombies: you better get those reports right! Anyway, there's no coming back for them. Scattered around tunnels, radio messages transcripts will provide a glimpse in what's happening there and while Gopniks flooded the whole place. On a technical side there's a ton of updates to the game systems, including but not limited to: * immersive audio - sounds attenuation will reflect type of space you are in: whenever it's a tight underground tunnel or large hall, you will know it with a closed eyes * improvements to post-processing and effects - the whole thing is much clearer now, yet more atmospheric * never-ending tweaks of AI * improved lighting Unfortunately this update temporarily…
- Cyberception Content Update 1 - 21 May 2020
Here we go cyber-jockeys and neuro-fiber-heads! Better later than never, right? Ha, first regular content update it's here! (when you’re a one-guy-studio it’s a reason to go: weeeee!) Well, it's not like game got updated just right now - there were several minor releases along the way, throughout last couple of weeks, but this message is to summarize it all and close this chapter of the content progression. This update was mainly focused on the two things: 1. Improve Early Access version gameplay: new map, emitters gameplay, hacker girl 2. Cracking up nuts-n-bolts in several key game systems First of all - there's new map. Any of you who tried game before noticed that map available from the beginning was not exactly exciting, to say the least. I strongly believe now it's more fun to play, especially that emitters gameplay is there. You can also hear hacker girl – she guides you through…
- Hot Fix 1.0.1 - 27 April 2020
As a quick follow up to some of the issues raised by one of the players, Cyberception update is available to download. Improvements: Changed start location, to not be exposed to auto-cannons fire Loot generation on enemy deaths should be now better suited to current player inventory Added mission screen Added controls screen This is a hot-fix, so, weekly content update is yet to come! Peace, S.
- Cyberception Early Access is LIVE - 25 April 2020
Cyberception Early Access is LIVE! We begin with one arena with endless waves gameplay mode, 3 enemy types and 3 weapons - available from the very beginning, just scroll mouse wheel to switch between them. Dual weld pistols for precision and speed. Shotgun for close encounters. Portable grenade launcher for fun. Whatch out for auto-turrets - they will shred you to pieces, and you better sneak around them... Once early access build rolled out of our tiny garage doors, weekly updates are going to kick-in. Coming days I will share a roadmap of how game will evolve in next couple of weeks. Every week there will be a content- and gameplay-wise increment available. First of all - ZOMBIES. They will have a separate news posting, just dedicated to them - what's their story, how they end up like that and what corporate employee performance reviews have to do with it. Next thing - very important…
