- Make Your Steam Profile Happy! - 1 December 2021
You already know the Steam Points Shop, right? In case you don't, it's a cozy place on Steam where you can use loyalty points to buy cool things to make your Steam profile look cool - such as animated avatars or animated stickers. And, well, that's just what we've added - 6 animated stickers you can use in your Steam chats, as well as 4 animated avatars to make you look truly happy here on Steam ːhgveryhappyː In case you missed it, we've also added the usual set of Steam Trading Cards items - badges, emoji and profile backgrounds - a few weeks ago and you can get those in the Points Shop as well!

- Happy Game adds Steam Trading Cards - 15 November 2021
There are two kinds of people in this world: those who have played Happy Game, and those who haven't. If you have played Happy Game, you should keep an eye on your Steam Inventory, because we've just released a set of Steam Trading Cards featuring your favorite happy creatures and other... things. An hour of playtime should grant you 4 cards, out of the total 8. In addition to the cards, you can get yourself a set of very happy emoji for your Steam chats and spooky backgrounds for your Steam profile, either by collecting cards and crafting badges, or via the Points Shop. And if you haven't played Happy Game yet, well, maybe this is just one more reason to give it a try and experience Mr. Jaromír Plachý's most disturbing creation yet. - Fix: High refresh rate monitors / high FPS - 11 November 2021
This small update addresses an issue that occured on systems running high refresh rate monitors with very high frame rate (120+ fps), which made the game's point-and-drag mechanic a little bit harder (slower) to use. If you're a user of a high refresh rate monitor, the frame rate will now be capped at a lower value, closer to the standard 60 Hz, and the game will work as intended.

This year's Gamescom is currently happening, and while we're not having an online booth or anything, our charming little Happy Game was chosen to represent our country, Czech Republic, in this year's EuroPlay competition. Cheekily-named Happy Game is the next puzzle-y adventure romp from the same folks that created point and click 'em ups Creaks and Chuchel . This one is about a little boy having an absolutely messed up nightmare. Here I thought my nightmares were bad. This kid absolutely has me beat. If you were watching the Future Games Show at E3, you already know the news - Happy Game is launching on Windows, macOS, and Nintendo Switch this fall. Watch the new trailer featuring unseen footage and music by DVA below: Unfortunately, we were unable to make it happen in spring as we initially announced, but in order to deliver the best possible Happy Game, we’re going to need these extra few months to add some more blood and fine-tune the screeches. Then again, Happy Game feels just like the right game to accompany you during the rainy days of grey autumn, and we hope you won’t mind the extra waiting too much. With this off the table, you can now look forward to more Happy content here on Steam and our socials, as we’ll be getting closer to the new release window.
