- April update - 19 April 2024
- Added a new quest which allows level 200 characters to restart the game to become stronger ('rebirths'). Reroll your unused level 200s for a new playthrough! - Overhauled some of the 'remastered sprites'. These changes do not have an effect on OW graphics mode. - Improved fonts and added other small improvements to the client. OW graphics mode fonts remain the same. - Added a new end game area / boss fight. - Added an NPC which allows you to re-roll end-game gear.

Season 5 is now live! season 5 mechanics - Yendor mode characters can participate again in the level 1 - 200 race. Competition is separated by character class. - Most time efficient level 1 - 200 runs win (its possible to do reruns to beat the level 200 efficiency records). - Yendor mode characters can no longer benefit from clan bonuses and cannot participate in dailies. - Yendor mode characters which activate the playerkiller flag can get an exp bonus. - 'Souls-like' Invasion mechanics have now been introduced. You can /invade . Target needs to have PK flag on and you need to be within a certain level range. Anyone within level range can assist an invasion victim using the command /assist . Updates: - New parry animations/effects for melee. - New item drop color indications (green = tier 1, blue = tier 2, orange = tier 3 and red = tier 4). - Season 4 kicks off! Get to max level (level 200) on a 'Yendor mode' character as time-efficient as possible and win a 'wish'! Online time / experience efficiency is tracked per character (non-YM characters do not count!). Separate competitions per character class. Give it a try!

Astonia Remastered is now available. The Astonia TroY project shall live on as 'Astonia Remastered'. Here's a list of new things: - Graphics overhaul: All graphics have been redone in a much higher resolution (see the compare images in the store page). The same base 3d models were used to preserve the oldschool feel of the game. - For those who want to keep using the original graphics, uncheck the 'remastered' checkbox in the launcher. - You can now zoom in/out (check launcher options). - New control scheme: Introducing 'combat mode' toggle.
