- Elewder coming to Early Acecss - 16 October 2021
It is our pleasure to announce that our latest game Elewder, the hotly anticipated erotic twin-stick shooter roguelike, will be coming to Steam’s Early Access on October 27th! We have been working hard all year on this game, and have finally advanced the development to the beta state, from here on out we will be looking to balance our combat and progression mechanics, incorporate community feedback and suggestions, polish our presentation and visuals, and implement our narrative. The Early Access platform provides the perfect space to do just that. Hey friends! Thanks for continuing to play Pieces of my Heart! The response from the last patch has been fantastic, so this patch we wanted to address a couple of the localization issues we had. Long story short we are still building the missing languages but we have replaced the previously empty slots with the English texts until we can get the content done. PomH Changelog v1.7.1: New Additions: Chinese Simplified and Korean localization completed and added to the game. Temporary English texts used to fill in the other languages missing localization texts. This is a temporary solution while the texts are being localized. Fixes: Adjusted and normalized the volume for all SFX and Vocals in the game. Reset the volume slider for vocal work, check your options menu to see the settings if volumes are too quiet. It seems the Titter girls have something to say! Welcome to the Conversation update to Pieces of my Heart version 1.7.0. This update has been in the works for quite some time, a lot of work has been done and we will likely continue to make tweaks to this update going forward since so much has changed. Every single date in the game now has a full conversation tree in the Cute Mode reward scene, overall we added 1 full hour of recorded dialogue to the game and 12 new unlockable reward images for bridging the gap between the Cute and Slut Mode scenes. Unfortunately, we ran out of time with this patch (almost two months so far) so the localization work will have to come in a later patch, my apologies non-english speakers! - PomH v1.6.3 Hotfix - 25 February 2021
A quick patch today, the previous patch included an engine upgrade for Unity which introduced a new codec for h264 videos in engine that no longer supported Windows 7 operating systems. Meaning if you owned Pieces of my Heart and played on Windows 7 PC’s you would have a game-breaking bug where transitions could no longer work and would freeze the game. We have now fixed that, it took a bit of time to find what was causing it, but now if you are on Windows 7 the game will see this by default and use a VP8 codec which is supported by the native OS codecs and work. Anyone on a newer operating system will not be affected. However, if there are still issues for you, please take a look within the options menu for the transitions toggle.
