Hi everyone! Here is Atlas Fallen: Reign of Sand's latest patch. Make sure you read the entire note! PERFORMANCE Added an experimental option to fix the stutters that players with uncapped FPS suffered when playing with high frequency monitors (requires more powerful PCs and changes to settings.json file). This allows you to manually set the rate at which all game systems are updated (including camera movement, which was the main culprit for the stuttery feeling encountered at high framerate). How to enable the fix: Download the file available on Focus Together here Replace your settings file with the pre-made one you just downloaded, it will activate the fix, but it will reset all the rest of your options to defaults. Fixes/Improvements: Implementation of new Hardlock options in the settings menu: Players now have the option to retain the old control scheme or opt for the new one. Main difference is that the new hardlock will now not change enemies when using the right stick to move between them. We've been carefully reviewing your feedback and reports about Atlas Fallen, and have released several patches to improve the experience in the last months. We’ve noticed some players expecting the support to dwindle in the coming months, and we wanted to be clear about that: Our dedication to Atlas Fallen continues and the team is hard at work on a more ambitious update bringing important tweaks of the core experience next year, as well as new content.
