Dear Envoys, the team has observed the environment and win rate of each class. It comes to our mind that Shinobi is currently at a disadvantage. We hope to strengthen Shinobi’s skill to make the skills more connected and enhance the surviving ability of Shinobi. Like the slow effect added in the skill Falling Sakura, it can be used and connected with the stunned-skills. We’d like to introduce the 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝘼𝙙𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩. Before doing any adjustments, our dev team has been testing again and again. When the EP is similar, the winning rate of the Elementalist and Dragoon is relatively lower. Since the hit counts of their skills are lower, the damage is easy to be blocked by the shield of their opponent. In the adjustment this time, we have increased the hit counts of each skill, so all the classes have the same total hit counts. This would help raise the hit rate of skill, and make it easier to trigger the attacking buff. (The total amount of skill damage remain the same) ☄️ Hit Counts Adjustment On the skill part, we enhanced the link between the Elementalist and all the elements, the element effect would be triggered when Elementalist cast different spells.
