• Workaround for NW.js Profile Error - 29 November 2020

  Hello! This minor issue may affect a small subset users upon startup of Storynth. A more formal fix for the issue is being investigated; in the interim, a workaround has been provided. Am I affected? How does the issue present? Either just before or as the title screen for Storynth appears, users may see a popup alerting them that their profile is associated with a version of NW.js that is incompatible with the game. If the user closes this popup, Storynth will run normally, and its functionality will not be affected in any way. How do I fix it? Navigate to C:\\Users\\\\AppData\\Local\\User Data\\Default Select the "Web Data" and "Web Data-journal" files. Delete both. Start Storynth. Why does this work? • Patch 1.0.2: Alternate Costumes! - 20 July 2020

  Patch 1.0.2 is out now! New Feature: Alternate Costumes Alternate costumes are now available for all party members! They can be accessed after completing the main story by visiting the Trial By Combat tent in Lykoria. Stand in front of the wardrobe and select the character whose outfit you'd like to change! Note: If it's your first time visiting the wardrobe, the Trial By Combat's operator will offer an explanation of its function. After he speaks, step away from the wardrobe and re-approach its tile to use it as normal. Fixes & Tweaks The color of Zorvus' hat is now consistent across all of its appearances. A spacing error in the credits has been corrected.

• Upcoming Feature: Alternate Costumes - 16 July 2020

  Alternate costumes are coming! Alternate costumes will be available soon for use during post-story content. Each character's alternate costume appears within combat encounters as well as the overworld. Alternate costume support for post-game cutscenes is still in progress. Upon release, the option to change a character’s appearance will be accessible via a wardrobe within the Trial By Combat's tent.

  A minor update has been released! This patch resolves two event flow issues and partially resolves a performance issue; further investigation is being done into the latter.
