This game has been an astronomical pain in the ass. It's just not cooperative with any and most changes I've made to it and it's gone through a lot of hardship, bugs and issues. Unfortunately, due to some incompatibility of the plugins and the program itself. Some changes JUST don't want to work with me. It's not that I haven't fixed the issue or checked 10-20 times. It's that when I do fix the issue, the program outwardly fails to acknowledge that anything has in fact changed. So nothing does. So for a big issue that takes place in chapter 4. The fix is this: There is a tall snow tree on the right side of the village of oteskta. Interact with it on the right side, facing left. You can then enter the code; 719. (This should only be used if you get sent back to chapter 3 if you are already on chapter 4). Ignore the tree if you are on chapter 2 and can progress through the village to chap…

Solenars Edge II: Aurora of The Seventh Dawn v1.3 final update. This update was made possible by a poll in the past taken by a few users who voted for their favorite Team Syukino game. The winner was this game. Because of this, the following things have been added in; -The cave dungeon from Estellium Legends is now on the Alcornagia world map. -The Imp boss from Estellium Legends is a secret boss in the cave. -Clairena Almstead from Aeloren Tactics is a new unlockable character in the end game resort. *Fixes* -Fixed Armeida Tactics so it would work. If it causes anymore issues, it will be removed in the future and placed as a free download on Itch.io. *This fix would have happened regardless but it would have appeared as a hotfix and not a content update.
- Curator Connect/Key Issue - 18 August 2020
I am aware of the curator connect issue where people are receiving keys through the platform and are reporting not owning the game. I, do not currently own my own game. This is because the reviewer build and the developer build do not exist and were removed by steam in that tangled mess during the retirement of the Armeida Tactics DLC. (Honestly that little mini-game has given me more trouble than it's been worth). Steam Support is looking into it as we speak and I hope to find a solution soon! - The Buy/Install button is missing. - 12 June 2020
I woke up this morning and found the download/install button for the game missing. My only theory is that when they retired the Armeida Tactics DLC, they accidentally retired the main game's package. There isn't anything I can do about it right now, but I am in contact with steam because it's very frustrating not only to me, but to you as a customer as well. As you know, Steam doesn't work on the weekends, so if they do not solve this issue they created by them today. Then, unfortunately people cannot buy/download the game until Monday. I am hoping that isn't the case. As much as this currently sucks, I want to take this opportunity to talk about Solenars Edge: Last Song. - The issue with Armeida Tactics - 11 June 2020
So, currently, those who have the Armeida Tactics DLC installed are unable to launch anything besides Armeida Tactics. Unfortunately the DLC overwrites the main game's files instead of adding a separate folder inside of them. When you turn off the DLC everything works as intended. So, with trying to make it work as intended, nothing remotely worked as it was supposed to. I found a solution that did work however. I added Armeida Tactics within the game's folder as a seperate folder and the launcher options now work as intended, provided you do not have the DLC installed. The DLC will no longer automatically install for new players. Those who have the DLC installed, should promptly uninstall it for everything to function properly. Again, with the DLC unchecked, you will still be able to play both Solenars Edge II and Armeida Tactics. Lastly, Armeida Tactics will be removed as DLC and will…

It's really silly how far people are willing to go, but I cannot control that. Anyways, virus protection software is usually very Anti-Gaming and will report multiple false positives. I, for one, do not know how to create a virus and there isn't a file that is claimed to be a virus within the games' files regardless. Either way, this shouldn't be taken seriously as a game wouldn't be released on Steam as they are very anal about their screening process. To my anti virus, Royal Crown, PSO2 and Tekken 7 contain a virus. Solenars Edge started as a school project back in 2008. It was a short story made on microsoft word and was lost just a week later, due to the inability of the school allowing me to bring the files with me. Years later, on a walk in the Forrest. I remembered... everything. This time, I wrote it down and nobody could take it from me. From then on, I made four small demos. v0.1, v0.2, v0.3, and v0.4. Each of these demos contained one element of the game such as combat or exploration and showcased it promptly. These demos also contained characters from the anime; Fairy Tail. As, at the time, Fairy Tail was one of my favorite shows and not really featured in many games. After showing them to some friends at the time and people around me, I decided to work on chapter one.
