We've just returned from Cannes, France, where The Secret of Retropolis was selected for CannesXR, part of the mythic Cannes Film Festival. This was the world premiere for this game, and so for the first time it was experienced by industry leaders, critics and cinephiles. The reception was overwhelming and we are still trying to keep our cool after all the great talks we had around the game with the festival attendants who played. So now that we're back home, energized from the interactions we had at Cannes, we're diving back to work. • Our demo will be available until July 21st - 28 June 2021

  Hey everybody. We want to thank everyone who played the Demo and gave us feedback. It's truly heartwarming to see players connecting with the style of the game and waiting to see what happens next in the story. For those who didn't play it yet, the demo will be playable until the full game releases on July 21st. And for those who missed our Steam Next Fest livestreams, we're attaching the recording at the bottom of this announcement. There were two issues that were brought to our attention regarding the demo: 1. The mirror in Philip's office is pixelated, and slows down frame rate on lower end machines - we came up with a fix that will be included in the full game. 2. On the knuckles controllers - resting the hand on the grip button prevents interacting at the same time - we're currently working on a revised controller binding that solves this for the demo as well as the full game.
