Please hear us out! We are preparing for a better release, we just finished the stable English version of the game a couple of days ago. We need some time to test it, we want to deliver a bug-free game! Due to the nature of this game, we need to polish the script and check the dialogue tree (It's more like a net). We need to make sure every dialogue won't go to a dead end and breaks the game. The localization of not ready yet, we will use this period of time to polish localization! Apologize again for the delay! We really worked hard on this game, we are hoping to deliver the game in its finest condition!

- Demo Update - 26 November 2021
Hello fellow We have updated the demo with the new courtroom system. You might have seen the moral pentagons that imply the moral perception of jurors and moral impact of arguments. They are now implemented in demo. So, you can do more jury manipulation with less number tracking. You can see for yourself because tutorial scenario can be played till the end now. However, there is still no courtroom tutorial. So, here is a clue for you: align your morals with the jury. Have fun! (or don’t, your call, you probably have free will)
- Improved Court is Here - 16 November 2021
A lot of people asked for a courtroom tutorial after the demo fest and we kept delaying it. Designing a simple and not unimaginably boring tutorial became an ordeal. Other tasks took over and courtroom tutorial was kinda pushed to back of the queue. When we recently came back to tackle that beast, we realized court room was difficult. Justice.exe does not promise an easy game at all but courtroom was DIFFICULT; it was a black hole of numbers changing around player and almost impossible to understand. First we had to get rid of constant need to track a bunch of small numbers. We added a pentagonal UI element (one moral per side) and they are color coded (reddish; low, greenish; high). Now, you can still see magnitude of morals as numbers while selecting an argument but you can also rely only on color coded bars. Next, we transferred same system to jurors. Jurors' moral perception are now…

- Case Examples - 28 April 2020
Hey Peeps, Since you are going to be a lawyer defending AI in this dialogue heavy game, you should at least know about the stories of your clients. Case of XRT-350: A Secret Trolley https://i.imgur.com/uy7UKSd.png This is your client XRT-350, from the beta case. It has been sentient for about a decade. He diverted a huge container's fall to save itself and its boss Mr.Salderz but caused 3 people to die. Victim's families rallied the towns' people and XRT is accused with murder. Is it really as nefarious as murder? an accident? A "bad heuristic" or did something in XRT-350 caused all this? Well... Case of Caleb the 3rd: Fair Double Cross https://i.imgur.com/JyWzMZy.png If XRT-350 is nightmare Philip K. Dick had in an afternoon nap, Caleb the 3rd is Stanislaw Lem's wet dream after a drunken stupor. Meet top of the line espionage AI, a 3rd generation Clandestine Information Broker, or as h…
- Secondary Stats and Contact Points - 24 April 2020
Hey hey, I’m back to explain rest of the player profile or player character stats, however you might call it. https://i.imgur.com/5Jb3OJF.gif Your secondary stats are empathy, manipulation and intimidation. They are derived from your primary stats. Primary stats, are measured over a scale of 1 to 10, while secondary stats are measured over a scale of 1 to 100. You get some skill points (derived from your intelligence) each level. Empathy is your extended ability to see through lies, misdirection and hidden truths. Empathy operates much like a sixth sense. This is useful in your main tasks. Manipulation is your skill to bend people and AIs’ mind and thoughts to your liking. Intimidation is your capacity to threaten or imply some kind of harm without actually hurting / harming anyone to make them consciously do what you want Finally there are contacts. Contacts are power of your connectio…
- Mixture of RPG Mechanics & Interactive Fiction - 21 April 2020
https://i.imgur.com/5Jb3OJF.gif We really wanted to merge rpg mechanics with investigation and courtroom drama but we also did not want this to be a numbers heavy game. Player has a name (wow, innovation), xp, reputation and 3 types of statistics they can control. Small amounts of XP is gained through investigation and preparation. Bulk of the xp is gained when the jury decides your client’s fate and according to what kind of punishment they receive. Reputation is a mixture of your success in a case and that case’s popularity. Some risky cases or cases in media spotlight require higher reputation etc. Primary stats is your human qualities. Perception, Intelligence, Charisma and Vigor. Perception helps you recognize important stuff in dialogue. Whether a dialogue piece can be turned into an argument for the courtroom, does it require or should have a witness and, does it have or should h…

Only task left to do is to set up your profile for a fruitful career in Law™ so that Justice-X algorithm can suggest you cases. Note that the responsibilit…
