- v1.0 Launch: A Huge Thank You & A Challenge... 🕵️♂️ - 24 April 2026
Hello everyone! It’s been nearly 60 hours since Isolation Simulator hit v1.0. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has joined this surreal journey so far.The Mystery Remains Unsolved I’ve been keeping a close eye on the gameplay data and community discussions, and I noticed something interesting: so far, it seems no one has even come close to finding the true secrets hidden within the game. > Isolation Simulator is more than what it appears to be on the surface. There are layers you haven't peeled back yet. Good luck with the search—I’m curious to see who will be the first to uncover the truth.A Small Favor for a Solo Dev If you’ve enjoyed the atmosphere or the mystery so far, please consider leaving a Steam review. We have about 13 reviews right now, and reaching 50 is the next big step for the game to stay visible in the Steam algorithm. It takes 30 seconds, but for a solo project l…
- Isolation Simulator – v1.0 Full Release - 21 April 2026
Hey everyone,After more than seven years of solo development and six months in Early Access, Isolation Simulator v1.0 is now live. The Simulation is complete. Two new endings have been added. Three new achievements are waiting to be discovered. And there is one final secret — deeper than anything that came before.I won’t say anything more. If you’ve been here from the beginning, you already know how this game works: it doesn’t give answers easily. Some things you have to earn. This is the final version of the game I wanted to make. Everything I set out to do is now inside.A massive thank you to Bublets Gaming — your videos, your patience, and your insane dedication to digging through every layer kept me going when I wasn’t sure I’d ever finish. And thank you to everyone who played during Early Access, reported bugs, sent theories, and believed in this strange little project even when it was…

- Isolation Simulator – v1.0 Full Release on April 21 - 14 April 2026
Hey everyone,After more than seven years of solo development, Isolation Simulator is finally leaving Early Access on April 21.I started working on this game back in 2018, with real development beginning in 2019. The road was long, messy, and full of doubt — I changed the vision many times, lost faith in the project countless times, and took multiple long breaks. The game spent the last six months (October 2025 – April 2026) in Early Access, and that period was incredibly valuable. Your feedback, bug reports, and theories helped shape the final version in ways I couldn’t have done alone. This is the first game I’ve ever made completely by myself — every line of code, every piece of lore, every mechanic, and every hidden layer of the ARG. No team. No publisher. Just one person slowly building something very strange and very personal. The full Kyle’s Redemption Arc is now complete. All ending…

Isolation Simulator – Update 0.75: "Night Shift Echoes" (Last or penultimate update before 1.0 Full Release)The warehouse office is quiet at 3 a.m. Only the low buzz of fluorescent lights and the endless rustle of paper. She sits alone on the night shift, staring at rows of invoices that never seem to end. The world outside — daylight, people, normal life — feels like transmissions from another planet. Distant. Unreal. Irrelevant. She doesn’t belong there anymore. - Isolation Simulator - Update v0.71b - 17 February 2026
In the dim glow of his home office, surrounded by the sterile hum of monitors and the faint echoes of children's coughs from the next room, the father sat. As a dedicated lawyer, he was accustomed to shaping outcomes, drafting arguments that could sway judges and alter lives. But now, with his two young ones quarantined due to relentless illnesses—one fever blending into the next—he found himself trapped in the same invisible cage. Days blurred into nights as he watched the world outside unfold without him: colleagues advancing cases he once led, neighbors gossiping about neighborhood shifts he couldn't investigate, and distant sirens hinting at crises he was powerless to address. Paranoia crept in like shadows lengthening at dusk—what plots were hatching in his absence? What secrets lurked in the unchecked corners of his professional world? Isolation wasn't just a barrier; it was a mir…
- Price Increase: From $2.99 to $4.99 – A Quick Explanation - 27 January 2026
Hello everyone,I hope you're all doing well (and staying sane in there 😉).I'm making a small but important change today: the price of Isolation Simulator is increasing from $2.99 to $4.99 USD.Why now? When the game launched in Early Access at $2.99, a lot of players understandably assumed it was a short joke experience — something you boot up for 10 minutes, sit in the room, and move on with a "yep, it's exactly what it says on the tin" review. Many people have quit after just a few minutes in the isolation cell, thinking that's all there is.But the truth is, Isolation Simulator is much more than that. Right now, the game already offers well over 6 hours of content for those who keep exploring, experimenting, and digging deeper. There's a real story unfolding, layers of secrets, audio logs, hidden mechanics, and a lot of disturbing (and rewarding) discoveries waiting beyond the initial…
- Isolation Simulator - Update 0.69 - 18 January 2026
Isolation Simulator - Update 0.69He sat alone in the dim room, headphones clamped over his ears, the only light coming from the flickering monitor and a few faint sources scattered on the desk — two ordinary mugs that seemed to glow softly in the darkness, as if holding onto some lingering warmth.Hour after hour, he transcribed the audio logs. At first it was just static — white noise, wind, distant waves. Then words began to emerge. English phrases, fragmented and familiar, interwoven with something else... syllables in a language he didn't recognize. Was it real? Or was his mind filling the voids? He wrote them down anyway. Line after line of strange characters he couldn't pronounce, yet somehow felt he should understand. The more he listened, the clearer it became. The "noise" wasn't random. It was trying to tell him something. A message. A warning. Or perhaps an invitation. As the nig…

- Update 0.65 - Codex Whispers - 29 December 2025
In the suffocating quiet of an empty room, a lawyer sits alone, surrounded by stacks of documents that refuse to make sense. He cross-examines shadows, builds his case against an unseen opponent, and clings to logic as it slips through his fingers like sand. Every new piece of evidence feels like salvation—until it doesn't. The walls listen. The screen watches. And something on the other side... is trying to help. Or is it?Hey everyone,Update 0.65 is now live.Changelog:Codex System A new, subtle presence has been added. After finishing a playthrough (starting from New Game), the next time you launch Isolation Simulator, you'll receive a single, one-time message from the Codex. It pulls randomly from a hidden database—sometimes a quiet suggestion of what to try next, sometimes a fragment of deeper lore. It speaks as if something aware is reaching out, trying to communicate directly with…
- Isolation Simulator – Update v0.63 - 21 November 2025
Isolation Simulator – Update v0.63Hey everyone!A small but important quality-of-life update is now live. This patch focuses on improving control options and fixing some long-standing issues in the settings menu. What's New in v0.63• Mouse Sensitivity Option You can now adjust mouse sensitivity directly in the settings. This should give you much better control over movement and interactions.• Keybinding Improvements Most actions can now be rebound to keys of your choice. Note: Movement (WASD / Arrow Keys) still uses the two predefined layouts and cannot be custom-bound due to engine limitations.• Options Sliders Fix Some sliders were not displaying the correct value after restarting the game or loading previous settings. This should now behave correctly and consistently. Also, I made them bigger. In the far corner of the facility, a lone researcher stared at the flickering monitor. For a f…
- Isolation Simulator Update v0.62 - 14 November 2025
🩸 Isolation Simulator — Update v0.62“I have not slept for six nights now. Each time I close my eyes, the same low hum begins to coil within my skull — not loud, but present, as though it were the voice of the air itself. I have taken apart every machine in the laboratory, one by one, convinced that the source must be mechanical, yet the sound persists, constant and patient. My colleagues would call it exhaustion, perhaps madness, but they do not hear the vibration that breathes between the atoms of silence.Tonight I have surrendered to wakefulness. The lamps burn low, their filaments trembling like nerves. The hum has changed — it pulses in patterns, almost rhythmic, as if responding to my heartbeat. I write these notes with trembling hands, uncertain whether I am documenting an auditory hallucination or a discovery. There are moments when I think I can discern words beneath the tone,…
- Update v0.60 - 26 October 2025
The update v0.60 is live now! What changes?Bug fixes: There was a major bug where, in one instance, the player was locked in a flickering state (sometimes for a minute, sometimes forever), along with a few minor ones. Those are fixed now.Hint event: A lot of players experienced pure isolation for the first 10 minutes, which is probably climactic in a game called Isolation Simulator, but it is not by design. This is why I added a hint event which tells the player in an atmospheric way what he or she should do to unlock an event. It happens only once per run and only if the player cannot unlock any events on their own for more than 8 minutes.Simpler event access: I added new beholders observing the player's behaviour and moved 3 events from different sections to this new one for easier access. It was designed based on my observations of players' behaviour in early access, which essentially…
- Q&A after the early access launch of Isolation Simulator - 24 October 2025
Q: Is there a monster? A: Aren’t we all monsters in our own way? From the perspective of a single bee, we’re basically eldritch gods. But yes — there is a monster. However, you won’t encounter it within the first 15 minutes, or even on your first run, depending on how you behave in the game.Q: When do you plan the full release? A: Ideally, around 9 months of Early Access. Realistically, the full release will likely be between May and September 2026. The behavior-monitoring system needs real player data to improve. Personal life also influences development speed, so the timeline remains flexible.Q: Will the price increase later? A: Possibly. Some players assume the game is “just a gimmick” because of the low price, so increasing it might help set expectations. However, the price will not exceed $5 USD at full release.Q: Do you plan to add localization? A: Yes, in the long term — but deve…
