  I've given the marking features some love in this small update. This includes changes to how the pencils and chalk work, and how they work in conjunction with straight edges like the framing squares and the speed square. First, there are no longer two methods of using the pencil. Please read the updated Marking instructions in the manual. The procedure to use the pencil now is: place the pencil tip near wood touch the pencil to the wood to mark press and hold the ‘interact’ button to snap the pencil to a framing square or speed square edge to strike a straight line Instead of the pencil automatically snapping to the straight edges like in previous versions, the player now has the choice to snap to the straight edge.   Patch 1.0.2: - Tweaked the mass scoring threshold on Pyramids challenge. It was too tight of an error range for the difficulty of the angles. - Added more dimensioning help to the Make the Cut challenge instructions to account for the ambiguous perspective of the image on the chalkboard.

• Patch: Error handling - 24 December 2021

  This patch adds better error handling in the event that a failure happens during saving or loading of important game data. These errors can happen due to a variety of causes, the most extreme would be system failure during read/write operations, with the most minor being caused by exiting the game while saving/loading, or blocking saving/loading by having a file open while the game is trying to access it. If you happen to have an issue, the game will start in a safe mode and provide some instructions on how to try to fix the error. I've made a significant effort to wrap all read/write operations with safety checks, and provided an error log to help debug the problem. If you cannot get back up and running, please reach out and I will do my best to help you.
