  Thanks to the Rainbow Reactor team (also on Steam), this release adds more songs. The heart rate targeting mode can now be set to a specific heart rate, previously it was only the default 140BPM Other changes: Better balanced scoring High intensity side planks with follow up pushup Improved timing of the burpees Add overall workout score Instructor motivation on longer streaks Improve double swing cues Better visibility of the point indicator Option to extend the exercise switch time for floor to stand transitions ( active be default ) If you are after the maximum possible intensity you should switch from "Easy transition" to "Regular transition" to disable the extended switching time between exercises. • Workout update - 7 August 2020

  The player can select from exercise presets instead of switching each exercise on individually. In addition to the random workouts, the game now has 3 different exercise sequences * Low pyramid * High pyramid * VRWorkout challenge The pyramids are 10,20,30,20,10 exercises. Low is focused on floor exercises high focuses on standing jumping and sprinting exercises The VRWorkout challenge is a mix of all exercises in a fixes sequence to make workouts comparison easier between different players and is in preparation for a full online mode. • Custom songs update - 12 July 2020

  This release adds support for customs songs. Place OGG files in C:\VRWorkout and they will show up in the song selection menu Please make sure that the OGG files are Stereo files. Strength mode focuses less on cardio and more on pure strength. Added an audio visualizer
