• Devlog #1: the Far West - 8 September 2020

  Hi everyone, Since the demo was released one week ago and I started implementing the features as planned for the early access, I'd like to keep you informed of the progress. This week, the Cowboys made their first steps in Asgabas. And who says Cowboys says: Gold! This is a new resource that the Cowboys only can discover on the map, thanks to their rank 1 unit: the gold digger. Rail! Cowboys offer a new gameplay to expand their territory. First, find gold. As soon as you find some, create a gold mine. This deposit is now yours. But if you wish to found new cities, this can only be done over a gold mine that is connected by rail to another existing city. Of course, all cowboys units will have advantages when moving on the rail! Outlaws! And their unique skill, the bomb, that will damage all the units in an area! 3 other units have seen the day, and 4 more are to come! To be continued...…

• Demo: fixes - 5 September 2020

  Hi folks, Thanks to the players who reported a few bugs in the demo. Fixes: Fixed a bug preventing some map skills from working properly (plunder, pillage) Fixed a bug allowing the AI to form armies at the same position that an existing player army Fixed a localisation error, the construction price for the Colonization map skill is now displayed correctly in the tooltip in english.   Hi folks! After months of creation, development, exploring ideas, doing and un-doing, I am happy to present you a short taste of World of Asgabas (A Strategy Game About Battles And Stuff). In this demo, you will be able to enjoy 1-2 hours of: The first two playable factions: the Knights and the Vikings. Each faction has a unique set of buildings, progress tree and soldiers, that require a distinct approach to overcome your opponent. Two scenarios. A short one in which you learn the fundamentals of the game with the Knights, and another one letting you pick your side and giving more freedom. The game is still under development, so don't be surprised if you find a few points that need improvement. Any feedback is welcome, so please share your comments and thoughts on the website .
