• Update to v1.2 - 5 September 2023

  Features Hint System We added a Hint System so players don't get stuck for too long on a puzzle. It's optional, so if players want to solve things on their own without any help they still can do just that :) After some amount of time in an area a little questionmark pops up prompting you to press a button. By doing so you get a hint on how to solve the puzzle. Continue Button Added a continue button to the menu that loads the latest save game (sorry it wasn't part of the game in the first place D:). Level Reworks Reworked Level 10 to 13 a bit to ensure better playability, challenge and fun 😊 Bug Fixes Audio Trouble & Game Crash Some people experienced issues with the sound when playing Duru for over two hours at a time. We couldn’t replicate that issue on our machines. We changed how FMOD Events are loaded in in an attempt to fix a memory issue that might cause these problems. We hope…

• Updated Demo - 13 July 2023

  Hello everybody! We updated the demo of Duru so it represents more the current state of the game! So if you're curious about mole rats, depression and Tuli's story, you can give it a try. We use the same save game structure so after you played the demo and decided to jump into the full game you should still have your progress. :) That's the news, hope you enjoy the game!

  Hey there! First Patch for Duru, let's go! Bug Fixes Bel didn't recognize Roots & Stones they've been painted many times. Now it does! When standing on a boulder that's riding a moving platform Tuli is now actually being moved with it. Solved an issue with Tuli falling through certain moving platforms when moving diagonally Preventing Tuli from getting stuck in one of the mole rat houses forever and ever. Added fail safes for collider glitches that keep happening on corners. Features / Feature Changes Changing controller input for throwing. Added quality of lfe features for throwing with multiple aiming attempts. Smoothed out aiming movement. Changed some level structures. Changed shift key graphic in tutorial plates to make it clearer which key it is since shift looks different on every keyboard. Thanks to everyone who contacted us with bugs. • Release Delay - 5 May 2023

  Hello Everyone, today should’ve been the day but as you can guess from the headline we are facing a delay. It feels like 86 years since we started working on Duru, so another unplanned delay of one or two days shouldn't hurt that much but it does. This is due to an issue with the Mac build right before the finish line. This in turn delays the verification process of the build. To everyone who supported our crowdfunding campaign: you can still access and play the game like during the Beta Phase. We are very sorry about this and hope that this will push back the release only one or two day. Next News will be about the new date once we know more!

  Demo Update Hello friends of the mole rat (not the naked kind)! We updated the demo of Duru! Explore the caves around the mole rat colony in their new beauty. Some bugs and issues were fixed as well. Here is a short list. We don’t want to keep you too long, best see for yourself what’s new! new graphic assets: plants, backgrounds, decorations improved visualization for throwing objects better visibility for interactable objects like levers adjustments of puzzles in the level bug fixes regarding the AI companion, movement and camera movement We’d love to hear your feedback so stop by in the forums!
