• Achievements Fixed - 28 October 2024

  It looks like there was an issue with achievements, this new update should have that fixed. Make sure the game is updated, and you might need to "Verify the Installation" from the Steam Game Options. If they still seem broken, please let me know. Thank you so much.

• Extra Input Option & Main Menu Overhaul - 26 November 2022

  The Companion has received a very small update. Added ability to Invert Mouse X & Y separately. Main Menu is completely new, featuring the iconic Act III level This update is primarily to add an extra input option for inverting the mouse. The Main Menu changes are to keep consistency with how the game will appear on other platforms. Main Menu change reduces the game size by 200 MB and should be quicker to load.

• Hotfix #1: Falling Through World - 28 May 2021

  I have pushed a very small Hotfix that will hopefully address most "Falling Through World" issues. If your character ends up falling through the world, exiting and then "continuing" your saved game should fix the problem. If the game can't find a place to put your character, you should end up at the default start location for the level. Please report any cases where this isn't the case. Thank you.

• UPDATE #2 - 25 May 2021

  A little more to explore... I've opened up a little more of the first level to allow running to the towers and explore a little more of that side of the map. Because it's the first thing everyone seems to want to do, you can now visit two of the Towers in the first level :) For achievement hunters... Revisiting a level should be relaxing and free to play at your leisure. This change allows you to experience any part of the level again without needing to grind out every artifact and vision. It also helps a couple achievements if you missed them the first time through. (Does not help with the 90 Runes achievement). When Revisiting a level, all Visions will be unmasked and unlocked. Bugs and Misc. changes... This update focuses mainly on very annoying bugs. Many of these could cause great confusion or frustration when encountered. I hope these fixes prove to have eliminated them for good.…

• Update #1 - 20 May 2021

  This update focuses on smoothing out some of the gameplay that might feel grindy & drag on a bit. There are also more visual and audio aids so there is not a complete reliance on the Wisp ability. If a Save File exists that is further progressed, you now get a prompt before being allowed to save over it. Japanese Localization updated. Fixed an Artifact that could potentially spawn under a rock in Act 5 Main Menu buttons adjusted, this may fix some instances where the mouse wouldn't align correctly. Fixed the UI Element for "Spirit Attack" charges. It would disappear when moving to the next Act. Runic Stones have indicators to let you know how many have been activated in the level. (90 Stone Achievement still only completable in a single playthrough) Wisp Trail lingers for a little longer to make it easier to follow. Footsteps should be audible now. • End of the Steam Game Festival - 9 February 2021

  As a sole developer with my debut game, this was a first for everything. First public demo, first festival, first time having an onslaught of feedback thrown my way, first time watching a game I've created be streamed. It has been a surreal experience. In all, it was an amazing experience and I hope to carry it forward to a much more polished and complete final game. Thank you for giving the game a try and I hope the experience was a pleasurable one. I know there were some rocky moments. Controller players weren't feeling the love and for the first few days, many players found themselves lost in the wild.
