  Hey everybody, Ramon(AlbinoDev) here! I'm glad to present to your the update BreakBlast Wider, it's a very big content update for the game in order to improve your experience and make it more impactful! Here are a few things included: - New Mechanics - Bigger Levels - Changes to Power-Ups - New HUD Visuals/Feedback - Lots of Bug Fixes This update is an extension of the last one, were a lot of mechanics were changed, so let's recap: - Ball Movement Now the ball is able to go in any direction. - Ball Reaction to Player The player can redirect the ball in 4 different angles depending on were it hits (more details on that in the previous Patch Notes). - Power Ups (Current Update) Power-ups now stack on top of each other, making the player more powerful. A lot of VFX were changed for those as well. - Player Size (Current Update) The player has doubled it's size (almost tripled). That change…

• Patch Notes - V1.2.0 - 15 September 2023

  Known Issues Ball destroying blocks without colliding on certain angles. Ball Trail stays green after losing the Aether Buff. Player emissive disappearing in certain angles. Music sometimes fades for a few seconds on the 3rd Boss Battle. Game Changes Ball Movement The ball now can move on any direction, according to how it collides with the geometry in the level. So it's movement is a lot more dynamic and fluid. Player vs. Ball Interaction You can now redirect the ball in four angles regardless of the direction you're moving, depending on where the ball hits the platform. As shown in the image below, you'll be able to send the ball in 45º or 22.5º (roughly) to the left or right. Power-Up Stack Different power-Ups now stack on top of each other. In other words, if you have the Red Power-Up (Guns) and pick-up the Blue Power-Up(Extend), you'll have both working together. Boss Battle and Le…

  Hey everybody, Ramon(AlbinoDev) here! I received all your feedback and decided to implement a lot of proposed improvements to the game which I'll list below (more details will come in the update itself): - Ball Movement It's very clear that most of you didn't enjoyed the fact that the ball moves in 45º, so I'm currently working on changing how this works. - Power-Ups Power-ups are on a good place right now, but I received a feel suggestions on making them stack on top of each other, like being able to be Expanded and have the Guns at the same time. So power-ups will stack now, I'm also looking into other possibilities, but it's too soon to confirm anything else. - Boss Fights Some bosses are very difficult to beat, but not in a good way. Right now it feels like it annoys people more than actually making them feel challenged. So Bosses will be balanced out. (Especially the second one) I'…

• Level Selector is now live! - 14 December 2022

  Hello everyone, Breakblast now has a "Level Selector" that will enable you to continue from where you left of in the game. This is a new feature, so it'll pick up progress from new playthroughs counting from the date of this update onwards. Last but not least, thank you very much to each one of you that supported us by purchasing this game. This was my first comercial project ever here on steam and it means a lot that you gave me a chance, please stay tunned for updates regarding future titles.
