  Dear Boom!VR Community, Sometimes you eat the bear, and sometimes the bear eats you. -- The Cowboy We are retiring. Why Are We Retiring Boom!VR? We have created an immersive and vibrant festival experience in virtual reality and I hope you you have enjoyed it as much as I have. People, music, colors, lights, all fitting quite well together. The experience is dense. My further vision for this game was to make it into a networked festival with dozens of people in the area. However, I came to realize, that I cannot cover that developments costs, both in time and money. I still think that it could be a worthwhile effort, but for Boom!VR, here is the end. • The "Into The Moss" update has arrived - 26 July 2021

  Follow me into the moss, the stunningly detailed new party environment. I discovered a wonderful location in a dense forest, with waterfalls, a lake, rocks, meadows, and so much more. The dancefloor is set up in a circle of druid stones. The stones are said to cast a psychedelic effect when the aurora is lighting up the sky in intensive colors of cyan and green. Meet a variety of new simulated avatars on the dancefloor. There are new types of female, male, and between people. New hairstyles (long and messy updo) and clothes (t-shirts, hoodies, short and long skirts, …) enhance their diversity, realistic physics simulation included for selected pieces.
