• The Future of LOVELAND - 15 April 2026

  I’ve been getting some messages recently asking about the current status of LOVELAND, and if it’ll ever see the light of day. It has been 4+ years since its inception after all. The short answer, is yes! Full-time development of LOVELAND has resumed, and is expected to be completed this year. For those of you who want the long answer? Well, let’s take a moment to quickly go over the history of LOVELAND, why there was a long pause in development, and what the future holds. LOVELAND initially started as an entry into the 64x64 Low Rez Jam on itch.io. That is where we came up with the idea for an immersive sim horror game with an X-Files flare. We knew we wanted a cryptid as the main antagonist, and we landed on the Loveland Frog. • Loveland Demo v0.8.2 Now Available! - 22 February 2023

  ​To celebrate Steam Mystery Fest, we have released update v0.8.2 of the Loveland Demo on all storefronts! Update v.0.8.2 brings a host of new changes and bug fixes to the Loveland Demo, including (but not limited to): New FrogTox System Get higher then ever before with the new FrogTox system. It's still a work in progress, but it's far more intense then the previous systems. Go take a few swigs of Frogshine to see what we mean! Ability to Kick Frogs We are currently re-working the AI in Loveland to be a lot more aggressive in order to make the Frogs something to truly fear within Loveland. • New Loveland Demo for Steam Scream Fest! - 25 October 2022

  A New Demo for Loveland is now available for download for the Steam Scream Fest! The new demo features rewritten dialogue, as well as new additional mechanics and features, including the mysterious Phantom Frog. We've also included new Video options that allow you to adjust resolution, the level of pixelation, and dither. We hope you enjoy!

• Loveland Demo Now Available on MacOS & Linux - 27 June 2022

  Even though Steam Next Fest is over, it doesn't mean the Demo's have to be! MacOS & Linux Builds of the Loveland Demo are now available. Please give it a try, and let us know if you run into any issues. *Note* We are aware of a bug in the Linux version where video files are not playing correctly. We are working on a fix for this, and will patch it as soon as possible.
