Now, Dato of Srivijaya's age is 5 years old.The idea of Dato of Srivijaya appeared in late August 2018. Since then, the game director of Sengkala Dev, Karim, participated as a speaker in Seminar Sriwijaya at Palembang, 6-9 August 2018. He discussed, listened to many interesting speakers, and got the proceeding of Srivijaya. From this seminar, he was interested in making game about Srivijaya. In that time, the game project was developed in Gamemaker Studio 1.4. But, it was just a draft concept with the map.2 years later, in June 2020, Karim prepared to apply for the Facilitation of Culture Project of The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technologies. Now we want show many new update for Dato of Srivijaya Navy In this version, you can see the new interface for navy Sea battle Sea battle information in new version Dato of Srivijaya. You can choose options: firing with arrows and boarding (like in Perang Laut-Maritime Warfare) Land battle In land batle, you can order your troops in fighting from offensive, half offensive, and defensive. Offensive for order troops attacking the enemy Half offensive means not all troops attacking like archer. Dear everyone... As you know, comparing Perang Laut-Maritime Warfare, Dato of Srivijaya very lack in many sectors and have many bugs. So after we already updated Perang Laut-Maritime Warfare 1.25 several hours ago, we will focus in this game! Most of update will fix the graphics, bug, and manythings. After 2.5 months developing 1.05 (lot of problems happen since only one programmer working)., Dato of Srivijaya 1.05 has been released!! In this version, many new things like. -> You can play Mataram (Javanese), Sunda(Sundanese), and Srivijaya (Malay) _>Opening visual for Srivijaya ->New visual for town, village, and city depends on region ->Week time to Month time with moon image(but its not change builidng system time). ->Naval battle (for now only Srivijaya, Sunda, and Java can send naval expedition). ->New Achivements ! -> Trade routes Chinese and Indian. M.Abdul Karim, the creator of Dato of Srivijaya speak about fasilitasi bidang kebudayaan/ facilitation in the field of culture or Facilitation Culture Project from how we can get this fund and what is our project. Also how Director General of Culture Ministry of Education and Culture, Hilmar Farid, express his view about game development and history combining for culture project.
