ExMORTALIS is a first-person immersive sim set in Argentina, 1893 , within the isolated medical complex of Las Tormentas in the Paraná Delta. Operated by the prestigious Colegio de Medicina Experimental , Las Tormentas was built to push medicine beyond what respectable society would tolerate: experimental surgery, neurological research, biological alteration, galvanic apparatus, and procedures meant to reshape the human body itself. Now its wards, laboratories, workshops, tunnels, and industrial machinery have become something else entirely. As Emilia , survive the institution, uncover what was done inside it, and turn its systems against those still roaming its halls.
