- Wanech's C.A.N. Announced! - 25 August 2025
Hi folks, I'm announcing the release of a new, FREE game! Here is what that is all about: After wrapping up the hit Amborettio, Wanech transformed his trusty C.A.N. into a cozy green-themed pub serving brew, burgers, fries, and wings. The place hums with synthwave tracks, punctuated by chiptune sound effects, giving it a playful retro vibe.In this top-down, casual cooking sim with arcade twists, you’ll serve hungry customers by cooking food in a unique way: as meals rain down the screen, hit the correct W, A, S, D keys in sequence to prepare each order. Master the rhythm of the kitchen and deliver every plate! Nobody really knows why Wanech traded adventure for appetizers—though rumor has it, it’s all to raise awareness for Amborettio. Whatever the reason, your mission is clear: keep the pub buzzing, the customers smiling, and the orders flowing! You can check out the game below: -Wanech

Hi folks, I've just put out an update for the game. Here is a list of what has changed: Replaced the Void's C.A.N. sprites to be more seamless. Texture interpolation can now be toggled on/off by pressing "I" at any time. This is enabled by default, but makes almost no visual difference when toggled on 1920x1080 resolutions, therefore it can be disabled without issue. However, resolutions below 1920x1080 will require this setting to be enabled, or text will not display properly. -Wanech
- Update - Build 1.0.0.60 - 27 January 2021
Hi folks, I've just put out an update for the game. Here is a list of what has changed: Added a guard-for-hire NPC to the Void, allowing players to hire up to 4 guards to protect their C.A.N. from C.A.N. Openers. Fixed an issue where torches could be placed within the C.A.N. walls of the Void. Fixed an issue where Spirits could damage the player's C.A.N. by hitting the C.A.N. walls within the Void. Fixed an issue where repair kits could be used to repair the player's C.A.N. while being close to C.A.N. walls within the Void. Removed a fade-to-black object that was created when relaying from the C.A.N. to the Void, which will no longer despawn enemies or create a loud stacking sound effect. Players can no longer relay to the Void when C.A.N. Openers are present. Rebuilt the Void's C.A.N. and repositioned the NPC vendors within. -Wanech
- Update - Build 1.0.0.59 - 25 January 2021
Hi folks, I've just put out an update for the game. Here is a list of what has changed: Fixed a critical issue related to resolution scaling. All resolutions should now scale properly, with the exception of text legibility at lower resolutions. Enabled texture interpolation, allowing lower resolutions to have better text legibility. This does not appear to negatively impact visuals at the recommended resolution of 1920x1080. Fixed an issue where enemies could spawn along the sides of the Void, they now only spawn on the outer boundaries of the C.A.N.'s cavern, as intended. Fixed a layering issue where blood could spawn in the darkness of the Void when shooting at enemies outside of the Void's boundaries. This update is pretty significant, so I'm elaborating on some of these changes: Your desktop's native resolution will automatically be detected and scaled to fit Amborettio's UI. Resolu…

Here is a list of what has changed: Player damage now matches the default amount of damage that turrets do, and scales identically when using Weapon Upgrade Parts. Fixed a visual bug related to map borders caused by previous brightness update. Allocating S.E.L.F. points to Strength or picking up Strength tabs will now grant +15 Max WT per point, compared to the previous amount of +5. This should prevent near-constant over-encumbrance in the late-game. Reduced the overall time it takes for a turret upgrade to finish. Instead of this taking 11 seconds, it now takes 5.5. This should allow for faster and more efficient progression with turrets. -Wanech
