• Status Update - 10 April 2026

  It's been about a year since the last announcement.Due to circumstances in our region, the ability to release future updates may become very limited.I was planning to release one more update, but it's not ready yet - the new build on the latest engine version has significantly higher RAM usage and still requires optimization.In the event that I become unable to continue development, I have made arrangements so that a trusted person will receive the source code of the game and can potentially continue Weltreich if possible.The game will remain available in its current state. Thank you to all who supported the project.

  Work on the update took three months. It's not just a minor patch, but at the same time, it's not a game-changer.- The map has received a major update: new generation, tiles with grass instead of desert, borders and soldier placement have been improved, and the map has been enlarged.- The information menu no longer full-sreen, it now appears at the bottom.- More detailed reports on population dynamics and growth charts.- Updated font (temporarily) to a mono one, Anonymous Pro. There were even thoughts of putting it in OpenSource, cause tbh players have no reason to buy the game, since the developer will not get a penny.
