• 1.2.8 - Tsume Shogi - 22 April 2021

  I've just published a new version, adding 60 levels of Tsume Shogi to the game. Tsume puzzles are useful to practice endgame strategy, as they challenge you to capture the enemy king in just a few turns. There are 3 different difficulties of puzzles to be completed, so don't be afraid to try some basic Tsume exercises! This update also fixes a bug which declared 'false checkmate' in specific cases.

• AI Update - 29 March 2021

  I've been busy over the past few weeks, completely rebuilding the AI opponents from zero. You should find them much more challenging now, especially at medium and hard difficulty settings. Even the easy opponents have a few tricks up their sleeves. Enjoy learning and playing Shogi!
