• We're switching the game's engine: From Unity Engine to Godot Engine - 21 August 2023

  Hey everyone! We're officially moving away from the Unity Engine! Usually it was planned to update this game in Late March, 2023. But plans have changed for us. While several new projects, dutys and game-jam events required even more time, I've had some time to think about this project. Basically, you can forget about all the screenshots you've seen here on steam! The studio got a re-definition, the game-flow got a re-definition but the cute, funny, derpy, 3d-characters stay as they are. I'm no Santa Claus, but I still have something for you all! 1) Let's start with the game development information: Unfortunately, since the start of my thesis got in the way, the scope of the update is a bit smaller than I would have liked, however, we have progress: - Menu navigation / UI with keyboard and gamepad. A prototype UI has been developed for the game. This has full keyboard and controller (gamepad) support. The final design of this still needs to be worked out.   Welcome to the 1st DevLog of the re-launch of our game show "Whats Wrong With You?" In this post we want to share with you how things are currently going with the development of this fictional game show. So let's go through the topics piece by piece DESIGN: Since the announcement of our "Final Game Iteration" and the associated re-release, a total of 32 different 3D characters have been created. A total of over 50 are planned! Completely squeaky-colorful animals and later pretty cosmetics for individualization will be added!   Hey! Yes you're reading this absolutely right! Our game will receive its final Iteration regarding both Gameplay and its Game-Design After many things have happened over the past half a year which blocked me as Solo-Developer continueing to work as much on the game as i wanted... i am now back on it to finish the show in all of its glory.
