• Removing Cassidy from the Steam Store. - 23 November 2021

  Hi all, I've made the difficult decision to remove Cassidy from the Steam Store. I absolutely loved creating this game and interacting with the community, but I haven't had time to fix the bugs, and it's been hit pretty hard with negative reviews, and with the reports, I've been getting, rightly so. Thank you to everyone who bought and enjoyed my game, and I apologize to those who didn't quite have the experience they were hoping for. Game development has a huge learning curve, and I shall continue on that curve and hopefully, one day bring out a better game worthy of the money you spend on it. The game will be retired on 2nd December, and will be on sale at 30% between Novemeber 24th until the 1st December. Thank you.

• Update Notes for 06/04 - Fixing the Lights - 6 April 2021

  Sorry for the late update for this, it was Easter! I hope you all enjoyed yourselves. A developer bug had come up from when I was doing some testing, which stopped people's lights going off. That has now been fixed in this update.

• Cassidy V1.1 - 27 March 2021

  I was to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped show support by telling me about any bugs found. Controller support has been added to this update. Here's a list of the bugs fixed: Fixed gate not opening on forest chapter Fixed notes having nothing written on them Fixed two of the corner photos being the same Fixed two flashlights spawning when you respawn Fixed inventory being too small Fixed some features being too difficult to find Fixed discard function not working on some items Fixed save issues Fixed getting stuck in the statue room Fixed lights going off multiple times Fixed being able to see through doors Fixed being able to push fuse box button multiple times Fixed a volume blocking issue in the forest chapter Fixed clipping through closet

  Updated the lighting so it is easier to see around the manor, as well as updating the the walk speed to make it slightly faster.
