In this new era, the classics should be rewritten in a new way, hence the game. The game is set in the near future, after the invention of the time machine. You play an ordinary man who one day saves enough money to buy a time machine, and then travels back to the distant past. Then, due to the long journey, the time machine runs out of power, so you open a restaurant in The Tang Dynasty city of Chang 'an to make a living and find materials and tools to make a generator.
