Today we have a small patch to fix an issue with Chinese localization not being properly enabled. Also includes fixes for a few other rarely occurring issues. Bug Fixes Co-Op: Fixed an issue where a defeated player could cast spells under specific conditions. Co-Op: Fixed an issue caused by entering the dungeon while one player was defeated. Fixed an issue where selecting Simplified Chinese as language would not properly update texts in-game. Fixed an issue where interaction VFX could stack on the players wand while defeated. Fixed an issue where a defeated player could revive themself after defeating the final boss. Demo: Fixed an issue that could result in getting stuck at the beginning of the tutorial when loading after saving and loading in a specific way during the intro section of the game.

Dear Students of Greifenstein! With this update, we are finishing our work on new co-op and quality of life features. As opposed to the recent Update 1.02b, this is not a beta update and its content is available in the default version as well as the demo version of the game. With this update, we are working on improving the local co-op experience while fixing various bugs and issues. This is a public beta update with work-in-progress changes that are not yet available in the main version of the game. You can get access the public beta branch containing all of these mentioned changes as follows: Open the game’s properties in your Steam library by pressing the “Manage” button or right clicking the game in your list of games. Navigate to the “Betas” panel, open the “Beta Participation” dropdown, then choose the “public_beta” option. The game should now automatically update and download the public beta version.
