  The most important thing first: Local multiplayer You can finally enjoy Wizard Of Walls with more players on one computer. Select "Start Multiplayer" in the main menu. To add or remove local players, move one of your joysticks to any direction and hold it for 1 second*. You can use up to 4 game controllers and the keyboard. https://comfortzone.games/res/add_local_player.jpg *The first joystick (or keyboard) that you use first in the main menu will stay the master controller and cannot be removed. Local and online together! You can combine online and local multiplayer. For example two players on one computer can play together with other two players on another computer via internet. Start position and color selection In multiplayer games you can select your start position and your color. Select "Color + Start Position" in the lobby and select your desired position by moving your joystick…

  Invulnerability 2 seconds after spawn Annoying for beginners As you choose the time to spawn by pressing your fire button, you should be able to avoid spawning into a monster and die instantly. However, beginners sometimes struggle with getting back into the game after they've died. A real issue in PvP mode Another issue - and this is even more important - is, that when you play PvP (unchecking the "coop" checkbox in the host options), players could just wait infront of your spawn point and keep firing at your spawn position. This way, you don't have any chance to spawn without beeing hit immediately. Solution Solution for both issues: The player is now unvulnerable for the first 2 seconds after spawn (shown by a blinking player figure).   After one year of work in my spare time, the game will be released on October 29, 2021! I will celebrate!

• Balancing, Leaderboard, Sound - 1 October 2021

  Improvements Balancing the spiders Problem: In higher levels the spiders did drop an egg immediately after you've shot the last one. This way, you never get to shot the last egg. Fixed. There's a minimum delay now. And they don't put eggs if there are more than 30 spiders in the dungeon. Exponential growth is hard to balance. Worluks and Wizards To keep it interesting in the higher levels, from dungeon 20 there will come two worluks and two wizards. From dungeon 40 it will be three and so. Leaderboard When your game's over, where will show a message if you've reached a new record. "Congratulations! You are ###. in the leaderboard!". When you open the leaderboard, it will go to the page containing your name and highlight the row with your record. Sound I've added stereo/3d sound to all relevant sounds. More immersion! Good!
