- Triple Take is a game of the saying “third time’s the charm” – but the third time might just cause some rage quits this time - 9 June 2022
Finland biggest publisher Bonus Stage Publishing (That's us, yey) today announced Triple Take: a game by FlyAway found its way to their portfolio. The game will be released in 2022. The demo is already available on Steam. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1734250 Triple Take is a series of unexpected experiences in the form of a fast 2D precision platformer where the level evolves as you complete it! Run, wall jump, climb and swim through increasingly difficult levels in (un)vibrantly colored worlds! When you start any level for the first time, it might seem to be almost too easy to beat, but the levels evolve when you play further. Every time you beat any level, the level changes somehow and you need to play it again. Three times. Triple Take. Ok, you got it. This makes completing levels… difficult. Jumps become more difficult, new threats reveal themselves, and new pathways open up!…

- The Last Soul sees the light of the day in 2022 by Bonus Stage Publishing - 13 September 2021
Last Soul is an action-packed shooting platformer headlining BOP, the last remaining soul on earth fighting against Cyber-Being. You play as the cute but powerful BOP and in addition to all the regular mechanics, your jetpack, shields, and bullet time pack some real punch against the evil forces trying to destroy even the last of the remaining souls. The vast world of Last Soul is inspired by Star Wars, Tron Legacy, Mario, Sonic and Megaman, Neon Abyss, and all that can be seen in the graphics and felt in the soundtrack. The perfectly sci-fi-retro music is balanced with an equally great story. "I took the time to study the 'Hero with a thousand faces' (by Joseph Campbell) and set the basis for my game story. The Last Soul includes a hero which is moved to an adventure that he doesn't want; a closing partner that he needs to achieve his destiny; a powerful enemy with a basic conflict wit…

- July starts with new light and dark levels - 28 June 2021
During the last weeks, we prepared new Pixelarts for LAST SOUL. Now, that summer is on its way, we're setting all the content on different types of scenes while playing with light and color. The story of LAST SOUL is about a perfect place for humans. So we want to present that image in the world that we're creating. But at the same time, we also want to play with light and dark scenes to make your experience as rich as possible. We're exchanging comments and ideas with LAST SOUL fans using our social media (Twitter and Discord). According to the trending preference, they'd like to play on different types of scenes with different types of light. So, you'll get that, guys! Our most important goal related to Pixelart is to avoid using Tiles as much a possible. We wish scenarios changing with every level and that you feel you are in a different place when you start a new one. Achieving this…
- Call you friends! Over 2500 and counting! - 28 May 2021
During the last three months, we divided our working time between developing our game and building an amazing community of fans. The results are here. For the Prologue of Last Soul, we distributed more than 10,000 licenses in less than 8 days. For an Indie with no current publisher support, these numbers are huge. Now, after three months promoting the final release of Last Soul we have 2,500 wishlists and incrementing every day. Thanks for that amazing support. Now our compromise is even bigger. That's why during the last weeks we've been creating more features that you'll enjoy in the final version. More will come in a few days. Every day we're posting updates on our Discord channel. On May 10th, we got over 500 followers. Today, we have 600 and counting. What can be a better prove for ourselves that our fans are in love with BOP and his adventures? Nevertheless, we're still in need of…

- Two new scenes' art and heading to next coding phase. - 26 March 2021
Six months ago we released the prototype of "LAST SOUL." It was a basic concept showing a lot of potentials. We know that the features were good but also that our PixelArt style needed a lot of work. After our Prologue Demo Release at the end of January, we realized that people were in love with the new PixelArt look. That gave us the reasons to continue and pushing our limits for the next levels. During this week we were working live on our Twitch and YouTube channels with our followers. While we perform PixelArt we listening to their suggestions and ideas to improve it. Great suggestions of colors, effects, and elements were created. Now, we're heading to the next phase of our game. Currently, we have PixelArt elements for another three sections of our game. "LAST SOUL" includes different scenarios where you will confront different challenges. For the next week, we plan to move forwar…
- Moving to our Flying City - 15 March 2021
LAST SOUL development is not about creating a game alone in a basement. It's about sharing the process with the entire world. When we decided to start this game, we wanted everyone looking what we're doing so they can give us immediate feedback about our game and suggestions to improve it as we progress. During the last couple of weeks, we prepared and created a bunch of buildings representing the Flying City of our game scenario. We created the background and the buildings you'll interact with. But this is just one scenario of many to come. We have an important artistic goal on LAST SOUL. We want our PixelArt to be amazing. That's why we have people in charge of the Concept Art and then of translating that to PixelArt. Enjoy the images of our progress on our social media, Discord, and join our Twitch, and YouTube channel to post your suggestions LIVE on this wonderful process.
