• Demo 1.4 Released! - 8 May 2023

  Hello, everyone! It's been a while, hasn't it? Just wanted to update y'all on The Lady Puppet's current development status. The game is scheduled to be released in the following months! In the meantime, I've finally prepared and released version 1.4 of the game's demo. Does it differ a lot from the main game? Quite so. While it still plays out exactly the same as the last demo, story-wise, it does carry some gameplay-related improvements. Here's a quick changelog of what you'll find in version 1.4 of the Prologue Demo: The ability to summon more than one companion at a time (AND USE THEM AS BAIT HEHE!) You will now be able to bind inventory items to quick keys, in order to use them in-game without going through the game's inventory screen! You can now switch that lamp on/off instantly! • Release Window Announcement // Demo 1.4 - 29 October 2022

  Hello, everyone! It's been a while, hasn't it? I'm terribly sorry for the long delay. The Lady Puppet was scheduled to be released as soon as possible during the course of 2021, but got pushed back to 2022 for personal reasons. Life getting in the way too much, as usual. But I kept on thinking and planning new set pieces for my game all this time and now, after some consideration on what still needs to be done in order to finish it, I came up with a release window for it. I'm planning on releasing The Lady Puppet during the course of Q2 2023. That's not all the news. I'm also going to release a new version of the game's demo, with some improvements and fixes and a new mechanic that allows the player to bind inventory items to controller/keyboard's key and use them on the fly without going through their inventory. • Demo 1.3 Betatesting Open! - 3 May 2021

  Hello, everyone! We're nearly done with development on Demo 1.3 of The Lady Puppet. The demo will feature the whole prologue section and will contain 1 to 2 hours of gameplay total. I've decided to release an open beta version of the demo before release, in order to gain some additional feedback before the definitive version rolls around (soon, guys!) If you want to hop in, just press the "Request Access" button on the game's Steam page: This will register you for betatesting. Once approval has been granted, the Playtest version will be available in your Steam library! The betatesting period will last until May 12. Soon after that, Demo 1.3 will be available to everyone!
