Scorching heat drains hydration and energy more rapidly, while sudden rainstorms and cold nights can plunge your body temperature to dangerously low levels. Adapt to changing seasons—summer, autumn, winter, and spring—each transforms the world with unique gameplay and visual changes. Plentiful but sweltering summers make foraging and hunting easier but test your ability to stay hydrated. Brutal winters demand more warmth and shelter but bring fewer zombie threats. Manage each season's shifting resources, weather conditions, and wildlife behavior. Discover the rugged beauty of an open-world island inspired by the Pacific Northwest. Roam through dense forests teeming with wildlife, abandoned towns, and derelict farms as you uncover the dark conspiracy that brought you here. Hunt animals, forage for edible plants, and scavenge abandoned locations for resources. Build and upgrade bases, craft essential supplies, and loot what you can find. Find vehicles to explore further, but remember to keep them fueled. Maintain your weapons and clothing to stay ready for anything. Switch between ranged and melee combat to suit your playstyle.
