• Ghoulish Gardens - 31 October 2023

  Happy Halloween everyone! To Celebrate the spooky season a new track is available to be unlocked. Ghoulish Gardens Race around a haunted courtyard dodging gravestones through a thick fog in Ghoulish Gardens. To Unlock this track first reach chapter 4 in story mode. In each mission there is a hidden pumpkin to find. Collect the Pumpkin in 4-1, then 4-2 and so on to unlock Ghoulish Gardens in Arcade, Survival and multiplayer modes! The 2 previous timed event tracks (Incredible Icecap & Cloudy Cruise) can now once again be Unlocked, this time permanently! Not sure how to unlock them? • Version 2.2.1 - 10 March 2023

  Fixed Issue where selecting Cloudy Cruise on the 95 Mode track select would display the wrong preview image. Added a new trailer to the store page.

• Cloudy Cruise & HD Resolution Options - 1 March 2023

  A new event is coming to World Racing '95, and up for grabs is a new 95 Mode course "Cloudy Cruise", where one wrong move can send you plummeting off course with no way back. To unlock this new track you must Unlock 95 mode (Complete Chapter 1 of Story Mode) Select Cloudy Cruise from the 95 Mode track select. Complete the ring challenge and finish the race. One you've completed those steps the course is yours to keep. This event ends May 31st so get your head out the clouds and snag it while you can. Unfortunately this does mean the Incredible Icecap event has come to an end, if you had already unlocked the track it will still be there for you to play.   Fixed issue in stage 2-4 & 2-5 in story mode where players were unable to move.

• Multiplayer Update - 21 February 2023

  The Multiplayer in World Racing '95 is getting a huge update! Multiplayer now allows for both players to use game pads. All Arcade tracks are now playable in multiplayer (Including event tracks). The improved collision system has been implemented into multiplayer. This update also includes a few small improvements to the rest of the game All Arcade tracks are now playable in Survival (Including event tracks). Fixed controls display on Main Menu. Info on how to unlock the limited time seasonal tracks have been added to the track selection menu. Implementing these changes meant overhauling how the game handles player inputs, and although we haven't encountered any issues during testing, if you run into problems with specific controller or keyboard and mouse set-ups please let us know. • Wave 2 Launch - 21 December 2022

  Welcome to the launch of what we're dubbing "Wave 2" of World Racing '95. After a long break from the last major update (August 2021) we have a new plan for more free content coming in 2023. Unlike previous updates, this new content will have to be unlocked by completing a specific objective which can only be achieved during the event. Lets take a look at the first update of this new wave: Incredible Icecap This wintry track can be unlocked by collecting 5 presents scattered around Frosty Freeway and finishing the race before the time runs out. This track is only available for unlock until the 28th of February, so don't let it slip away! Alongside these limited time content expansions, there will continue to be game play improvements that are not time sensitive. • GamePad Control Fixes - 25 August 2021

  Made controller input match that stated on the Main Menu.

• Save data patch - 23 August 2021

  Fixed issue where players playing for the first time would have a (close to) 100% completed save file. If you have been affected by this and would like to reset your save, go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Oli Taylor\World Racing '95 and delete "SaveData.dat" to reset all the records of the base game, and delete "NewSaveData.dat" to reset all save data relating to the new content added since launch. This will not reset Steam Achievements, this will not remove the new added content. It will remove best times, stars, story progression etc. Sorry for any inconvenience.

• The August Update - 20 August 2021

  The August Update is here, with not one, but TWO new tracks to race on in Arcade Mode: Crazy Canyon - Watch out for falling boulders as you navigate a misty canyon. Hanging Heavens - Race across a garden levitating above the clouds. These will be available regardless of progress in the game for a month. After this they will require unlocking by completing different portions of the game. This update also includes a new collision system. Now you will only spin out when hitting another car from behind. If you find any issues with this new system, please let us know. We have also added 10 brand new achievements for you to work towards, both for the base game and the new content. • Update and Plans for August - 29 July 2021

  First of all I would personally like to say thank you for your support of World Racing '95, and I apologize for the lack of updates over the past month, as I have been busy with moving and finishing university. It is now my top priority to make this game as good as it can be. so here is a list of everything you can expect before the end of August (Hopefully): A new collision detection system which makes racing more fluid, fast paced and less frustrating A new unlock-able Arcade mode track. • 95 Mode Rebalance - 26 July 2021

  Once a lap is completed, the eliminated CPU's will now be removed from the track rather than continue to drive around. This change also affects any 95 Mode races in Story mode. Happy Racing!

• Achievements - 12 June 2021

  Convert those stars on your menu into achievements with this new update! If you have already completed achievement requirements before this update, they will be unlocked automatically at the main menu. More achievements will be added over the coming days, these will also retroactively unlock if completed. • First Free Content Update - 10 June 2021
