Howdy,I can't believe it's been 5 years since Star Apprentice: Magical Murder Mystery was released on Steam (and it's been even longer on itch). We certainly never expected our student project to garner so much attention! (over 20k players at the time of writing between Steam and itch.) I wish I had something more to share with such a milestone, but rest assured we've been hard at work on our next thing! I'm eager to show you what we've been working on, once it's ready of course! (Though honestly it's kind of an open secret.) We're not done with Star Apprentice.Be sure to follow our developer page so you get updates on what we're working on in the future. Star Apprentice: Magical Murder Mystery version 2.0 is out! We've rewritten the game in an entirely new engine. It goes without saying that this fixes the bugs that occurred in the old version. If you find any new bugs please don't hesitate to contact us. You can post bug reports in our Discord server: , or alternatively email them to [email protected] You may need to uninstall and reinstall the game to get the update. The old version of the game will still be available to play. You can download it from the rpgmaker_version branch here on Steam and it is also available from our itch.io page.
