  An ancient Egyptian god, a night traveller and your personal helper Although, he won't help you just for the sake of it. Khonsu will give you tips on puzzles and make platformer levels easier for you in exchange for blue crystals you can find in many levels and secret rooms. I just though it would be fun to add some kind of currency, while also helping players not to get stuck

• Games Gathering is over, but what have got from it? - 8 July 2021

  My first videogames conference is over and I'm back home with inspiration as big as ever and numerous new ideas! But the most important thing that happened there, was that I got assured that people actually enjoy Pyramid Rush. To be honest, I was so nervous about it, but the results were really nice. I think you will get it when it gets released ;) So, what are those features, that people recommended me to add? Here is a list of what I am planning to add: 1. Difficulty settings that influence the amount checkpoints on platformer levels and boss fights 2. More interactable objects that will tell you more about where Jack is 3. Hidden objects you can find and pick up in order to gain new passive abilities, like to be able to hang on walls longer 4. More mini-games 5. More environment details 6. Overall optimise the levels to be more comfortable to play ( not easier >:) )

• Adding a main menu and gamepad support - 18 June 2021

  Although these are small things, details are the secret to a nice feeling game. Small turning, jumping particles, environment interaction, menu buttons animations help building a good looking game. Not to mention how important main menu is for any game. This is what a player sees first, his/her first interaction with the game. It makes the first impression! I also remade the little guide boxes and they can also be viewed in the main menu

• Games Gathering 2021 - 17 June 2021

  Pyramid Rush is going to visit Odessa for a conference called Games Gathering, that is held every year to present best of new games! Although I have never been to any games conference, I am going now to present my first ever project to public, to hear criticism, to show it to a new audience and maybe, just maybe, win the prize for the best indie project on the event. This event will have both online and offline parts, so if you have no plans for these days, I would be extremely thankful, if even one of you would support me there. Event itself is planned to be held from 30 of June to 4 of July Wish me luck ;D PS. I will also do provide you with weekly updates about how the development is going from now on
